Marrakech detainees have called for a hunger strike to coincide with the hosting of World Forum for Human Rights

Marrakech detainees have called for a hunger strike to coincide with the hosting of World Forum for Human Rights. The strike will start on the first day of the forum.

In a statement signed by the detained activists from prisons across Morocco, they stated that holding the forum is just a way for the Moroccan regime to cover up its human rights violations against all activists and free thinkers. They are calling for boycotting the forum as part of the people’s continuous struggle to bring democracy to Morocco and the release of all political prisoners.
